How do I join xBloom Rewards Program?

- Click on the menu at the top left corner of the website, click on "Rewards", select "Sign up" or "Log in" and enter your information. You can earn points to enjoy more privileges.
How do I earn points?
Earn points：Get 3 points for every $1 spent! Follow us on social media and write a review for your coffee machine to earn extra points. Join now! only on value of item paid by customer, excluding shipping & taxes.
Points for cash: 1 USD for every 100 points.
Points to the account: real-time to the account, such as order comments/special circumstances within 7 working days to the account.
How do I redeem my points?
- Log in to your xBloom account.
- Click on "Ways to redeem" in the Rewards Program panel, accessible via the launcher at the bottom left of any page.
- View the available discounts.
- Once you've accumulated enough points, redeem them for your preferred discounts and apply them to your next order.
Do points and discount codes expire?
Yes, points and discount codes generally expire 1 year from their generation date. Please check your account for specific expiration dates.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
When you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If this results in a negative points balance, the shortfall will be adjusted with your next purchase.

Can I use my reward points on subscription items?
Currently, reward points can only be redeemed for one-time purchases and cannot be applied to subscription items. We recommend using your points on in-stock xPod or a new flavor!
