What should I do if the upgrade fails?
Let’s try these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Unplug the machine, wait 20 seconds, then plug back in WHILE having the back button pressed and check if the back panel light turns on.
• If it doesn’t light up, the machine will need to be serviced.
*Please record a short video demonstrating the issue of the back panel light doesn't turn on, and provide the machine’s SN number.
Email this information to support@xbloom.com, and our team will assist you further. If confirmed, we will arrange for a repair or replacement service.
• If it does light up and flashes, proceed to step 2.
step 2. Reconnect the machine to the app and we’ll resend the upgrade firmware to your machine.
If you hear beep sounds, it means the machine is in the middle of an upgrade.
Please avoid interrupting the process by turning off the power or disconnecting.
Additional Tip:
If you encounter issues connecting to the app or pairing with Wi-Fi, try switching to a different network. Using your mobile hotspot is often an effective alternative for setup.
