Here are some tips to reduce static with the reusable dripper:
To minimize static when using a reusable dripper, we recommend a quick spritz of water on the coffee beans or turning the beans with a wet spoon. This technique, known as RDT (Ross Droplet Technique), reduces static which leads to less retention in your grinder and less ground flying around when the grinder is running. lt's good for your machine and your sanity.
RDT Instructions:
-
Measure your fresh coffee beans.
-
A fine mist is sprayed on the coffee beans or turning the beans with a wet spoon.
Once the beans are ground, you can proceed with your preferred brewing method. The more consistent grind should result in a smoother extraction and better-tasting coffee.
Alternatively, you can try our Omni Dripper, the next-gen dripper featuring advanced antistatic technology, designed to make your coffee brewing experience even better.
Disclaimer: Do not pour water into the Grinder. This will invalidate the product warranty.
